We opted to fill the house with fresh baked bread flavor this weekend. This is a
lovely flour. smells great when you open the bag. I used a quadruple rise recipe for the wheat. The flour did an excellent job. No problems with sticky dough or hands.

Organic Bread Flour Blend 7 Grain
This flour made some really amazing 7 Grain Bread. Just looking at the flour you can tell they really care about the quality of the flours they sell at Great River. The Bread Flour baked very well. No problems with air pockets in the finished product. Absolutely delicious.

Makes very light pancakes, The texture is fluffy like pancakes are supposed to be. I used the recipe on the bag and it turned out perfectly first time. The small batch made four nice sized pancakes with true buttermilk pancake flavor.
Organic Highland Medley Whole Grain Hot Cereal Tasty, warming. Perfect breakfast to fill ya up and send you on your way those cold winter mornings. You can add numerous flavor hangers from sweet to savory so it tastes the way you want it. Delicious. We added a bit of brown sugar and butter.
