Aerobie® Skylighter™ Lighted Disc

Aerobie sent us one of these super fun Aerobie® Skylighter™ Lighted Discs for review. Hubby and I had a blast playing with the disc under the stars. The led lights are quite bright and look really cool flying across the yard. I think the Aerobie® Skylighter™ Lighted Disc is great, especially when the kids aren't quite ready to come inside in the early evening.
The disc is light enough to be used by anyone, and still heavy enough to fly smoothly. We had no trouble sending this baby across the yard. It's easy to throw and easy to catch. Flys really far too. This is a toy the whole family can enjoy. Yes even the teenagers will play.

Aerobie® Skylighter™ lighted flying disc

Extend the fun of playing with an Aerobie flying disc into the night with the new Skylighter lighted disc. Its bright LEDs illuminate the clear center and the translucent colored rim to make the entire Skylighter appear bright in the night sky. With the patented Aerobie spoiler rim design, the Skylighter is easy for players of all skill levels to throw well. Its narrow profile and large 12 inch (30cm) diameter make the Skylighter fly far and straight.
As is the case with all Aerobie discs, the Skylighter has a rubber rim that provides a performance grip for strong throws and a soft edge to catch. Weight: 175 grams. Available in yellow, red, blue, and green. Ages 10 and up. Takes 2 lithium CR2032 3 volt batteries. Quality made in the U.S.A.

• Spectacular flights, day or night
• Powerful LEDs light the entire transluscent disc
• Amazing long and accurate flights
• Large 12 inch diameter for unequaled stability
• Cushioned rim for performance grip and soft catches
• Long life, replaceable batteries
• Made in the U.S.A.

Sonic Alert AM/FM Alarm Clock (SBR350ss)

Have a teenager that is hard to get out of bed.? Or perhaps an elderly or hearing impaired relative that needs a little more than your average alarm clock to wake up?  Sonic Alert has your answer. Sonic Alert sells Everyday hearing products for everyday people. Sonic Alert has been supplying amplified alarm clocks, telephones, signalers, and personal listening devices for over 39 years.
We were sent the Alarm Clock and AM / FM Radio with Super Shaker™ - SBR350ss for review. I personally wanted this model to wake our teenager up on time. There is no way anyone can ignore this alarm clock when set on high with all the functions on. This baby is awesome. Not only can you turn the volume control up to the maximum 113 db, but the lighted display flashes while the alarm is going off. If that isn't enough to get your little angel up wait til they feel the bed shaker. You read that right, this clock has a SS12VW Super Shaker™ bed vibrating unit included.

I personally wanted to hook up the clock to our daughter's bed without her knowing. (Hubby said that was mean. I knew he was right but I just can't help thinking it might be just a little funny.) Anyhow we tested it out on our bed. I like that you can adjust the brightness of the clock display. You can set the alarm to tone or your favorite radio station. The shaking is enough to wake you but not scare the pants off of you from a deep sleep. (Yes, I know it would have been mean to hook it up without her knowing)

Description from Sonic Alert:

Add a little music to your life. The SBR350ss features a large, easy to read (1.8”) display and bed vibrating unit, with the added feature of an AM / FM radio so you can wake to your favorite program.
Sleep well knowing you’ll wake up on time.
